The receptionist Tracy and the Dermatologist Rachel Ratekin are very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable people. My health needs were taken care of right away. I am sorry that Rachel is no longer in the Templeton clinic.
Although the dr was very nice today was my second time there in less than 2 days . The first visit I waited 40 minutes and didn’t even get into the room was still in the lobby. I had to get to work so I had to reschedule and took the first appointment so this would not happen. It’s very annoying when we’re expected to be there on time and are held accountable for it. Very pleasant, went in for a check under left eye small lump, PA checked it out, said non cancerous. He was very Thorough, checking my face, and did find a pre cancerous spot on my nose. He did a freeze, and that was it. Very happy I came in after all. 😊
