This company is amazing. Scott was a life saving and a blessing. He had quote me a price for my coil, but once I asked him if my coil was under warranty would the price make a difference. He was so honest and told me to call the company that will save me some money. I did as he told me and yes, it is still under warranty. Thank you so very much Scott for your honesty. They were referred by Lennox as not all companies work on their A/C units. They responded same day I called them, very professional and honest company.
Pros: He answers the call for help after hours when others didn’t. Stays in contact, he did a job expeditiously for me involving mold removal in the HVAC ducts of my townhouse. It was only a day that my tenants had to be out of the house and he started work quickly. He was good about maintaining contact with me and my partner. Cons: Pricing seemed off. Scott and Chris are both phenomenal. Service is exceptional, professional, and most importantly affordable. They both have superior customer service and service was prompt. I could not have asked for better service. I would highly recommend Temples HVAC to everyone experiencing issues with their heating and cooling units.
Quick service that I am very grateful for. Called so many companies that advertise 24/7 emergency service and they all said it would be late in the evening the following day before they could come out. Finally contacted Scott and they came out early the next morning. Thank you!
