Pros: - Wonderful place to live. - Very clean when we moved in. - Walking distance to campus, 10-15 minutes depending on your walking speed. - Maintenance responds very fast and is kind. Cons: - coin washer and dryer I’d you don’t have one in your apartment Other Important Info Don’t expect much of your deposit back when you leave. Don’t put much effort into cleaning the apartment either. They will charge you for areas you clean anyway. We loved living here and would move back if we still lived in rexburg.

Would not recommend. We left our Apartment on March 26 as I had lost my job unexpectedly due to COVID-19 & we decided to move to UT for work. We emailed University Gateway on April 13 about possibly CANCELLING our contract due to COVID-19. They let us know that the only way to get rid of our lease was to transfer/sell our contract. We also let them know that we had been told that the apartment was furnished & had paid extra for that. There was no table. We had our own table and so we didn’t ask about it until April 24.
