We had some concerns about our dog, wanted him to be seen soon. We called them and Amy answered, she was very unprofessional, not helpful, and rude. As someone who has never been there, but was recommended, that was not what I expected. I will never considering taking any of my pets to be treated there and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to. If they aren’t kind on the phone, what makes you think they will be kind in person.

RecommendedThe staff here is the best you will find here in Central Texas. They love your pets like you love your pets! They are kind, caring, compassionate to both you and your pets. Dr Gudgel takes the time to explain everything and make sure you understand the care and treatment of your pet, he is very thorough. They saved my Bella's life 3 years and they went above and beyond to do that. And besides her regular vet care she gets her grooming done here. The service is terrible and a waste of time. The doctor was a jerk and had no interest in providing the service requested without additional services. The staff was not knowledgeable or helpful. Trying to do my part as a responsible pet owner, have my dog spayed and rabies vaccination. I have vaccinated and maintain DHPP vaccinations on the appropriate schedule on all my dogs. I don’t need to pay a vet to do so. Veterinarians like this one make it impossible for people to be responsible pet owners.
Came from out of state and wanted them checked. Service was great explained everything answered all our questions. Staff was amazing would defiantly recommend. Even with only outside service due to covid 19. And price very reasonable for two puppies. Thank you so much!!!!!!
Do not take your fur baby to this vet. My puppy had gotten neutered today and they did not want to give my puppy any pain meds before he woke up. Later on I noticed the incision was not closed all the way when I picked him up. So I called the vet and told them and took him back and the vets assistant literally picked my dog up by the harness and pretty much slammed him on the table. Right in front of me. Such a great staff, thank y’all for the sweet care.
Half the ladies working there aren’t very nice. Wanted to force us to update all of the vaccinations to get their teeth cleaned last time. We had 5 dogs then, so they lost a lot of business. Also, they seemed to want to push their vet food on us all the time. Now we’re much happier with our new vet.
Great staff there, made our first visit wonderful :)
