Very disappointed with this practice. I’ve been a loyal patient for a long time and trusted this physician because they know my history best. I made two separate appointments specifically for short-term disability paperwork, and both times I was refused help completing it. It’s frustrating to spend the time, money, and energy attending multiple appointments just to be turned away with no assistance. Patients deserve clear communication and support, especially during difficult situations.
Been going here for 25 years, the past 2 years it has really gone in the toilet. My doctor is great, but the support staff sucks. They don’t call you with results or that you need a visit, when you call they’re rude and act like you’re bothering them to do the job they’re paid to do! I’m now switching to a new doctor because of this, it’s a real shame!!!!

it use to be wonderful. not anymore. I called to make an appointment for a physical. I was told I would get a phone call within 24 hours. that was 2 days ago. why couldn't I make an appointment with the people who answered the phone who is supposed to setup appointments?
