I left my machine with them for repair and was told it would be 5 weeks. After 2 months, I called to check on it and was told it hadn't been looked at yet. I went and picked up my machine without it haven't even been looked at. #Bad Service

Made an appt in June for a sept 14 machine service. Called last week to confirm my appt. Drove from Waco to temple today to deliver my machine and embroidery unit. My machine is a babylock ellisimo and it is heavy. It is no small job to get it to the car. I walk into the store with my embroidery unit. The young lady checks my appt date and tells me that Jeremy is only on repairs from June. It is mid sept. I am not a happy camper. Customer service is no existent at this store. I live in Midland, Tx, but if I need help I can call them and they will give me help over the phone since there isn't dependable service for my brother machine.

Love Temple Sew & Quilt!!! I just recently this year decided to get into sewing. I am so glad I purchased my machine here, they have tons of classes and are always here to help in any way! It’s like going in to hang out with family. I highly recommend purchasing your next machine here and enjoying the many classes they offer!!!! ❤️
great place, traveled 1700 miles for a class with my mom and her friend, I learned so much and my mom and quilt buddy were in heaven with the open sew class. thanks again for the loner machine for my mom. just sorry we couldn't visit your other locations.
Outstanding service, great staff, and my new favorite store. I feel at home just going there. I have a couple of larger machines that have had a couple of issues and, without exception, all the issues were resolved quickly and very professionally. They have earned my respect and my business.
