I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED AND DISTURBED WITH TEMPLE HEALTH. I have been a Temple Health patient for well over 10 years ( close to 15 years), and I’ve had some interesting experiences but today just topped it off. I stopped in here today for what I thought would be a rather simple exam. “DR” MARK ABRAHAM, DO made my visit sooo uncomfortable. Having an asthma attack! Took forever to see me. Their card machine wouldn’t work. They told me my card was declined! Called my bank in front of them and they told me it was on their end! They made me walk to the ATM first while having an asthma attack! I paid them and they still took forever to see me! Just go to the hospital! Horrible service!!!!!
It was a rushed experience. I would not be going back to this facility. Staff seemed uncaring, from intake to physician. I was disappointed 😞
Not concerned about health care- All about $$. Racist if you are colored don’t go here. Contradictory info among staff.
