Temple of the Universe is a nonprofit organization founded in 1975 by Mickey Singer. The Temple is a long-established yoga and meditation center where people of any religion or set of beliefs can come together to experience inner peace. The Temple is located on approximately 600 acres of beautiful land outside of Gainesville, Florida. Religious services, classes on spiritual growth, and daily meditation are offered. My favorite place in the world. I’m fortunate to be one of Mickey’s students back when he taught at Santa Fe Community College. I’ve been listening to Mickey and following his lessons most of my life and that has made an enormous difference. I wish him a happy birthday today.
If you’ve ever thought about going you should go. Michael Singer wrote two of the most important books ever written (IMO) - Untethered Soul and Surrender Experiment, and you can see him speak for free three times a week? Why wouldn’t you do that? It’s fantastic �
I visited the Temple in the 1980s, and met Mickey Singer several times while helping Amrit Desai with his seminars. I have never forgotten his direct way to truth, so I was thrilled to see his Sounds True course: Living from a Place of Surrender. It's a life-changer. Having spent a great deal of my life seeking clarity, Mickey's course has given me the tools I need. The course is like an owner's manual for consciousness born into a human body.
