Claire is an amazing massage therapist and bodyworker! She is compassionate, kind, intuitive with bodies! She worked-out knots I didn’t know I had!
I've done body work for the last 20 years, and Claire is easily the best massage therapist I have ever worked with. She is attentive to the body's needs, has a lot of experience, and works with the body rather than forcing the body. I highly recommend doing 120 minute sessions and beginning with craniosacral work. It really helps my body absorb the work more fully and the effects are more long-lasting.
Claire has created a calming and welcoming environment at Temple Mend, immediately putting you at ease and relaxed before she even begins. She is skilled in her craft, knowing how to address pain from its root. I couldn’t recommend her more!

I have no previous history of bad headaches, but recently had a stress headache of mild to medium pain for over two weeks straight. OTC pain relievers did not work. After several visits to Temple Mend my headache is gone, which I credit to the skilled massages by Claire.
