I have no previous history of bad headaches, but recently had a stress headache of mild to medium pain for over two weeks straight. OTC pain relievers did not work. After several visits to Temple Mend my headache is gone, which I credit to the skilled massages by Claire.
Great deep massage. Showed me a new stretch / core exercise which has been great!
Truly a relaxing experience. The atmosphere was serene with it’s calming music. Claire asked me questions to get to know more about my body. My neck and shoulders felt the benefits of just the right pressure and strokes. I think it is important to find a therapist that listens to your needs when getting a massage. Excellent experience.
