The social worker here at Temple Heights has been very very good to me. Rachel's helped me get my Medicaid reinstated, also with getting paperwork needed for other personal issues I may have had.

I moved in about 3 weeks ago and I have to say that from my first encounter here the staff has been marvelous. Always helpful, patient and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment and building itself are well cared for and maintained. Best move in a long time. I would 100 percent recommend

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the management practices at Temple Heights Apartments, particularly concerning the treatment of my mother, who is an elderly resident. First, my mother has received multiple write-ups over several consecutive months for what is clearly a single incident. Repeatedly penalizing a resident for the same occurrence is unfair and appears to be excessive and punitive rather than corrective.
