Questionable ethics at play in the managers office for the company they represent plays fast and loose with Federal Housing regulations. Like insisting on having THEIR HUD INSPECTION OF THE UNIT YOU CURRENTLY OCCUPY before taking your application. They need to be investigated by OIG in DC and its field office for this region.
So far. So good. If there are any issues. They get addressed promptly.
