RecommendedSo Mr. Tips was a champ....he did a few nervous mews when we first started the drive (5 minutes away), but quickly quieted down....the vet assistant, Tatiana came out (Covid-19 is currently preventing humans to go inside with their pets) and she was so sweet and informative....Tips went inside with her and the vet, Dr. Hofmann called me 10 minutes later to give me the update....he is a healthy, sweet, gentle giant....all the employees were obsessed and petting and squeezing on my love bug....he was the perfect patient and in... read more

Dr. Hoffman and the entire staff at Temple Heights Animal Hospital are wonderful. My dog has a lot of anxiety, but the staff goes above and beyond to make medical appointments as comfortable and fear free as possible for my little guy.
Dr Hofmann and her staff are amazing, they took great care of baby girl Sadie and her sister Loxi..
Dr.Hofmann is absolutely the best! She takes time to listen to her clients, sits on the floor and takes time to build trust with the animals, and makes recommendations that are realistic! She’s been caring for our pooches for years and we love her!! Even our vet-shy younger dog has learned to love going to the vet because he gets so much love from her!!!
Hands down the best vet in southern CA. I moved roughly 40 mins from Oceanside but will make the trek to see Temple Heights Animal Hospital. I have tried other places but the experiences did not even come close, which i why I will drive no matter what distance to take my animals here. The practice manager, Lindsey, is truly amazing and has so much experience in the field. I will not let anyone, but them, see my fur-babies. I highly recommend Temple Heights Animal Hospital.
The prices are more reasonable that any vet I have been to in the area; my dog has been spayed here, had a tumor removed, gotten blood work, vaccines, and been put under anaesthethia and received medication(s). The staff is very very friendly and there is never a wait here! They can get you in basically whenever you want it seems! And are flexible with rescheduling, etc. The PetDesk app is convenient as well and they respond in a timely manner. The Dr. answers all my questions without rushing and I just love it here!
