Very friendly over the phone. They were able to get a technician out same day. Found problems and repaired same day. Also cleaned up some of the wiring in the unit. Kept me informed the whole time they were working.
Temple Heat and Air are working on my outdoor ac coils that were damaged by hail. He’s going to replace the coils which were damaged too much to comb. Good job. Mary Irving unit was put in 2002 so it is way beyond saving. I’m getting a heat pump and the guys were so very helpful in giving me exactly what I need. Thank you! 4/29/2026 They did a great job. I thought how long it took which would work out to about $600 an hour. Seems a bit steep.
