I have an appointment today Saturday 23,2021 at tus ojos with my daughter, we arrived at 8:45am. The guard said we need it to wait outside with this cold weather. I am completely dissatisfied with the Temple Group of Fort Washington. This office lacks professionalism. My complaint is basically that the doctors and/or office staff do not follow up with their patients after I have left multiple messages and spoke to their office staff in regards to an issue with a prescription that i have been waiting for over three weeks. I was a patient for 4 years. Never saw a doctor just assistant. on my last appointment I asked the Assistant Dr. I wanted a referral for a kidney specialist base on my last blood test, was dehydrated and my GRF was low, I had HBP on medication and MRI indicated cyst and I had severe pain on my right side. She refused. I went to a real doctor at Mercy medical and she sent me to a Kidney specialist who is treating me for Chronic Kidney disease .
