Temple Grill is delish!! Awesome food, OK wine selection, and always amazing service. The owner is always there and makes an effort to talk to everyone in the restaurant, no matter how busy the place is. Even if he ignored me, I would still go back because the food is so good!
Let me start off by saying that Temple Grill is a VERY small restaurant probably the smallest restaurant i've ever been to but, the food is very fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the "2 sides chicken" the entree consists of spicy buffalo and sweet boneless chicken with a side of blue cheese. The drinks are very cheap, a plus for college students. Small restaurant, great apps – This is a great summertime restaurant. They have a patio right near the New Haven Green so people watching is easy. If you are going to a play at the Shubert then this is a great place for drinks and some appetizers. The interior of the place is rather small but they have a nice bar and good martinis. Whether you're here on a date or with your friends watching the big game, Temple Grill is great.
