RecommendedWe stopped in for lunch yesterday for the first time. The food, and service were amazing. More people need to take advantage of this great restaurant. Even though it's only available for lunch time, it is worth the trip.

This place is great. Best tuna sandwich. Best coleslaw. Best whipped potatoes. Best beef! That’s all I’ve had so far, but I’m going back often, I hope, to sample as much as I can. Great service! Everyone there is so nice. Me and my mom could have literally eaten there in the 60s. It’s like a tea room atmosphere, a step back in time. I love this place!

Truly a hidden gem in downtown Flint dining. Only open Monday-Friday 11AM to 2 PM and select weekend days, the Temple Dining Room is a blast from past. It's entirely possible that the dishes and coffee cups being used are from the restaurant's opening in 1947. The food is always wonderful, service is great, the interior is why I go, but the food is just as good when I have to get it to go for work.
Their catering is the best. Have always enjoyed their food.
The food is amazing and the people are super nice and friendly I love eating there when my hubby worked there I always had the fish and chips with the awesome coleslaw
