I've been a tenent for years and the unique details of each loft. The by far is one of the nicest loft living communities in Rochester. With the level of security I feel safe. Neighbors are great and friendly and professionals. Occasionally they have respecful parties, but the noise level is never something that I would complain about. Never loud music and issues here.
