Wasn't too impressed with the communication with the guy in charge. Asked to have a bumper bar temporarily glued back together after one of the clips broke. Brought in at 9am, my mum called at 12pm to check on progress. Told they hadn't started yet and my car wasn't their first priority. While I understand they have lots of cars to work on, I didn't appreciate his attitude, when I heard the conversation. Called again at 3pm, told it was done, but he required cash. Annoying as it meant I had to go to the bank on the way there... read more
Amazing service, price and customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer!
Highly recommend! My bonnets paint was completely damaged and in parts completely gone. I thought I would need a new bonnet, but Brent assured me it could be done without the need of a new one. Brent gave me an excellent quote (which was exactly what I had to pay, no suprises) and I was absolutely thrilled when I picked up my car. It's looks new, the colour matched so well. I couldn't be happier.
Avoid avoid avoid. Do you self a favour go somewhere else Customer service non existing Can't complete a quote in 5 weeks Only get excuses and rubbish when you call Went somewhere else got quote in 2 days
Sharing this 1-star review purely due to the level of customer service. I don’t have any complaints on the quality of workmanship, and the owners were willing to negotiate on price to ensure the repairs on my car could proceed, which were two positives, but it was the poor customer interactions that let them down. I won’t ever return and advise other to avoid this business as well due to the way the owners speak down to customers. The work will also be fraught with miscommunication.
