Sharing this 1-star review purely due to the level of customer service. I don’t have any complaints on the quality of workmanship, and the owners were willing to negotiate on price to ensure the repairs on my car could proceed, which were two positives, but it was the poor customer interactions that let them down. I won’t ever return and advise other to avoid this business as well due to the way the owners speak down to customers. The work will also be fraught with miscommunication.
Stopped in on Tuesday (12/12/23) afternoon looking for a quote to fix a small dent on my wife's car. Friendly lady at reception told me that "he" was not there as he was seeing a doctor in Berwick, and asked if I could come back later. I advised her that I had to get back to work, and would pop back on Thursday (14/12/23) which would be the next chance I would have. She assured me she would give "him" a heads-up. Brent and Vicki could not have been more helpful or attentive. They listened to our needs and had us sorted for a smash repair within 24 hours. Gave us plenty of options, took great care of us and the car and performed the job to our great satisfaction. Highly recommend!
