Highly recommend! My bonnets paint was completely damaged and in parts completely gone. I thought I would need a new bonnet, but Brent assured me it could be done without the need of a new one. Brent gave me an excellent quote (which was exactly what I had to pay, no suprises) and I was absolutely thrilled when I picked up my car. It's looks new, the colour matched so well. I couldn't be happier.

Sharing this 1-star review purely due to the level of customer service. I don’t have any complaints on the quality of workmanship, and the owners were willing to negotiate on price to ensure the repairs on my car could proceed, which were two positives, but it was the poor customer interactions that let them down. I won’t ever return and advise other to avoid this business as well due to the way the owners speak down to customers. The work will also be fraught with miscommunication.
Stopped in on Tuesday (12/12/23) afternoon looking for a quote to fix a small dent on my wife's car. Friendly lady at reception told me that "he" was not there as he was seeing a doctor in Berwick, and asked if I could come back later. I advised her that I had to get back to work, and would pop back on Thursday (14/12/23) which would be the next chance I would have. She assured me she would give "him" a heads-up.
