so i bought a home that's 7 years old . the windows are a piece of shit. suppose to be energy effiecent . they have ice on the inside of them. cold air coming in is awful. you would think they would still be under warranty. how ever no one will return my phone call. so i am going to file a complaint with the bbb.i have to agree with everyone else go go far away
Shoddy workmanship, broken promises, lies, unprofessional and unethical business practices. Once they have your money, you cease to matter to them. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
If your smart you will go as far away from Tempest as you can get! Less than 3 yrs in our new home and nothing but trouble.
