As a Realtor, I get to see a lot of different inspectors from start to finish. I get to see what they promise vs what they deliver and Dave definitely delivered. Not only is he nice, his inspection was thorough and he had all the tools an inspector should have. I have dealt with inspectors who do not use the tools so I tend to doubt the validity of the report. I've read over 100's of reports and Dave work stands out. Had to leave him a review. Great inspection company! Dave was excellent. We were running a little behind but he took that time to do an inspection of the exterior. He was friendly, approachable, and answered all our questions. He genuinely wanted us aware of any current/possible issues. I also liked that he gave us usable tidbits about our new home. He was also available for any follow up questions and responded quickly. I would highly recommend the company.

Dave was recommended to us as our realtor's best inspector and worth waiting a few extra days for. I would say Dave was above and beyond these expectations that were set. He was very thorough while going through the house and his inspection reports were very detailed. He was also very helpful in advising us around what we would need to do to repair the items he identified. Overall, I strongly recommend anyone buying a home use Dave as their inspector!
