Been without a Aircon for a month, I still don't know if there are spares available or not for my unit. The only feedback I have had is they have a backlog in their spares department. Probably take another month to get prices out of them!!! Absolutely shocking after sales service.
Melbourne Sales team is terrible. Disorganized and only respond to your enquiry if you pester them multiple times. This company needs a shake up. This world is fast paced and yet these guys are way behind. Catch up and be accountable for your clients.
