Amazing company. Had a true pleasure working with Troy.
Troy provided excellent service. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Showed up on time and I was alerted when he was on the way. Troy took his time to explain to me what my problem was and provided me with a future plan to help with my AC. He got us blowing cool again . Appreciate this Service and he is good people. When my thermostat quit working I called to have a technician service it. When he arrived he said it was my service disconnect in my attic that was at fault and they would repair for an additional $250. I went into the attic and looked for myself. The box was completely melted. The only people who messed with it was the installers who probably didn't tighten the lugs on the power coming from the unit. They could have burnt my freaking house down and then have the audacity to try to charge me to fix it. I have video evidence ... read more
