Once again, Temperature Source saved the day! I called Monday morning around 7:30am (before opening) and heard back from Evan around 8:15am. Evan promptly scheduled a technician to arrive between 10-12. I received a text around 9:45 that Hunter was on his way and he arrived around 10am. Excellent customer service !! Extremely knowledgeable & HONEST!! I'd look no further !! We have been using this service for many years and always very happy with their work and advice.
BEWARE! Robert came out to my house on two separate occasions and was insanely rude and condescending both times. This guys is young and unprofessional. This company was contracted by my property management, so I had no choice in the matter. If you have to do business with these people, save yourself some grief and discomfort and request that you have ANYONE besides Robert.
