there has been problems every since I had the system. last week no heat, it was fixed, this week no heat again, and I can't an appointment for another week
POOR INTEGRITY AND DISHONEST PRACTICES. This company installed the system in our new construction purchase. The unit has never fully work properly as there was an issue with it not cooling one room in our home when we purchased it as they failed to install one of the vents in the room .
