Our technician Michael was on time, very polite, and very professional. He explained what the problem was, and fixed it in a short amount of time. Glad that I am a Temperature Repair customer.
Temperature Repair put in my air conditioning unit in July and did an amazing job. They had a small team of guys, they came on time, and were in and out quickly. Unfortunately, in order to get to my hot water tank (which this was the first time in 8 years that had to be done) they had to cut a panel out of the wall it was behind. They were nice enough to come back at no charge and install a vent type panel to cover the area that they had to cut out. Just a great place to do business with! Update: such as life, something else broke. They came out within two hours and gave a discount for using their services again this season. Another friendly and efficient encounter. Thank you! Outstanding service! Same day appointments were available. The gentlemen explained the issue and how to troubleshoot a repair going forward. He braved tornado sirens and torrential downpour to fix the contactor on my unit! My air conditioner was fixed quickly. Highly recommend!!
