I called their 24 hour number about 6 pm on Sunday, a real person answered the phone. I explained the problem and we set an appointment for Monday morning, since I didn't want to pay the week end call out fee. Thomas arrived about 8:45 and we had cold air by 9:15. Thomas was very knowledgeable and efficient. I am completely satisfied with this experience.
Business responds to call promptly for diagnosis , but does not come back to fix problems if it's something needing to be ordered . My husband has tried to reach out to this business for over a week trying to get a response and no answer , nor returned calls . Also left unit unplugged so can't use heating system either .
