Arrived on time no excuses, was very friendly and dedicated to what he was doing. Quick to complete the process and was very detailed with the communication. Outstanding service and very friendly and professional. Finally we have a AC unit maintenance individual that we can depend on! If you are unhappy with your current service repair call this company, you will be very glad you did, just like us!
Carlos who works for Temperature Control Inc. A/C and heating did a very professional job inspecting our A/C. He found problems with the blower motor using over spec current consumption. He showed me the numbers and several other little issues. He located the parts and was back the same day and got everything fixed. I give him a 5 star rating. And he is very respectful and polite.
We had a wonderful experience with Temperature Control. Jeff came out to give us a detailed estimate for a new A/C unit, he explained the process to us, and we felt very comfortable with the Jeff and decided to go with Temp Control. When the installers for the unit arrived they were very respectful, installed the unit in a timely matter and cleaned up after themselves. We have a service plan with Temperature Control and we had our Spring maintenance done today. Jeremy was the technician who came and was extremely personable and informative. He showed me photos of what was going on with the capacitor and he explained why he needed to replace it, but because we have the service plan, we got a discount on it.
