I called to make an appointment on Monday June 8th left a voicemail with my name, problem and my phone number... twice.... Never got a call back, I called again today Wednesday and the girl who answered was very short with me, didn't ask for my name or my phone number, she just said "we have been busy someone will come out Tuesday" I said OK do you want my number and she said no I have it..... My landlord uses this place for the apartment that I live in and this place really either doesn’t know what they’re doing or just refuses to change things that they know are broken or about to be broken the day before Christmas. My heat did not work at all. Temperature Control responded to my call and addressed my AC problem quickly. They sent out their technician, Brain, in less than 24 hours and made all the needed repairs. Brian explained all of his findings and the repairs that were being conducted with full transparency and easily understood. He was personable, kind and respectful. I will be using Temperature Control for all my HVAC needs in the future.
