Absolutely disgusted. We boarded our boxer here and when we picked him up we’re notified that they started him on a de wormer. Ummmm why were we not notified???? We take care of this at our home vet. When we asked why we weren’t notified we were treated like we were stupid. What a shock. A dog momma wants to be called before meds are prescribed and administered. The most kind and helpful staff starting with the front desk to the vet techs and Doctors! I have worked with a lot of veterinarians over my 33 years working in that area and these are some of the very best anywhere! I just love and trust all of these doctors!
RecommendedToday I laid my best friend of 9 years to rest at Temperance Hill Animal Hospital. I can’t say enough good things about how caring and kind the staff was to make it a comforting time. Dr. Taylor and everyone at Temperance HIll are the best! We had a hard time finding a vet for our goldendoodle and are so thankful we found this wonderful place.
Huge thank you to the staff for going above and beyond to take care of our big fur baby today while we are evacuated from south Louisiana. With all of the stress at home and uncertainty, it meant so much to know our boy was cared for and fixed up today. Highly recommend!
Thank you to doctor Robin who came in twice over the weekend to care for Floyd and his human. She not only provided medical car for Floyd but provided emotional support for his human. She called to check on Floyd which was greatly appreciated!
The entire staff was extremely friendly! Our Vet Tech KC & Dr. Greg answered and explained all my questions/concerns. They also discussed with me the different options, brands and price points on "JJ's" treatment & prescriptions so there were no suprise costs! I would recommend them to anyone!!
