Management and maintenance are both extremely unprofessional and incompetent to say the least. "Inspections" done just about every couple weeks or so where they peek around your home Nit pick how you live and where you put your furniture, will turn the power off inside your unit without notice and "fix" things that don't need fixing. As other reviews state management also enjoys talking about other tenants to just about anyone which is silly high school behavior.
This place is disgusting. Trash always thrown all around the dumpsters, dirty overpriced laundry room, terrible paint job, homeless all around. Management plays favorites with tenants and is so incredibly rude and shows zero empathy or understanding when it comes to issues.
I recently came into the office to check the status of my daughters application, and Michelle in the office was talking to me about all the current tenants. She never said names but she felt comfortable enough to tell a complete stranger what was going on inside the tenants homes. It's safe to say if she is telling potential tenants personal information is definitely telling tenants about other tenants. My child and grandchild WILL NOT be living on this property.
