I had a great experience at Tempe Tyres Brisbane. The staff are professional and efficient, especially Rupinder who works at the front. He is very hardworking and always does his best to help. Whenever I come to pick up my tyres, he makes sure I’m served as quickly as possible. Excellent customer service and a smooth experience every time. Highly recommended!

Received wrong size tyre and wait for 2 weeks after spoken to their staff member, and spoken to their manager, he been so rude and helpless

Appalling and useless service… now I see why customer service is being taken over by AI instead, the office run by people who can barely speak English and understand what you’re saying. First of all the lady on the phone told me that they accept AfterPay (also stated on their website), I asked if the wholesale price included the fitting still and she said yes. When I got there to pick the tyres up, AfterPay didn’t work and they sued the excuse that the lady was “new”… I gave grace and kept cool, then came in later to pay for... read more
