Worst customer service
Terrible experience here, management were shocking, unhelpful and I'd even go as far as to say straight up rude. If anyone considers going here, just order tyres off temu, the tyres might fail and you might die but you won't have to deal with the evil management.
One of the worst suppliers in the industry. If you're a new shop starting I STRONGLY recommend staying far away from this place. Horrible communication, outdated payment methods, unreliable delivery times, stock levels often out of date and more. The general consensus across the entire industry is that although they sell cheap products, this is one of the worst to do it.
Big shout out to Ryan in the front pick up area . Been coming to use for over a year now several times aweek and ryan always has a smile on his face when u pull up and has amazing customer service even with difficult customers always stay professional , If ur having a bad day he always cheers u up and makes u smile .
