I came here for fall 24 and the home was great, spotless and pest free. Mike the manager was very helpful by giving us temporary mattress and furniture until we settled in. All in all a very budget friendly apartment with walkable distance to my ASU classes.

The rent is low, but that is a huge trade-off when it comes to having cleanliness and support around the apartment. During the time when I was saying the air conditioning was switched off for an entire week. There was no reply from the manager of the apartment complex, and we were given nothing to help us during this hot weather. I have lived at Tempe terrace for over six months, very comfortable ,I am 100% Military disabled and Mike the Manager helps me when he can,stores close by.
