Simply one of the best real estate professionals out there and don't forget is adorable assistant Mary she is priceless.
Extremely satisfied with the service and courtesy shown by this company. Needed a plumber to take care of a shower issue. To my surprize, he arrived the same day and corrected the issue in no time. Kudos to Matt who took my call. He made sure everything went smoothly. I liked the fact that he assured me that if there are any concerns to call him back immediately. Now that's customer service!
I have used Burton Cagen as my realtor and property manager since 2011. He just listed a rental property for me and we are under contract in 3 days. It is always a pleasure working with him and his office.
I should have listened to the rest of the reviews because they are absolutely right! DO NOT APPLY OR RENT FROM THESE HORRIFICALLY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE! Found a perfect townhouse, in the exact location I want to be for a great price 2 hours after it was posted. Called numerous times and finally got an old lady that obvious hates her job. Lied to me and ignored requests for repairs. When I would call him out on it he would say oh sorry it was a mistake, which would be ok if it happened once or twice, but neglecting possible mold for 3 months is not just an "oh oops" type of thing. Then lied and said I would be getting my refund by the following week. When I asked about it towards the end of the week he informed me that he actually didn't have it.
