Shuttle has problem they say they have but not always trusted. Just forgot about it. Breakfast is pretty good and all servers are great. Bed sheets are like this. I don’t know they use new sheets or just use previous customers sheets again.
We had an excellent stay here before flying out of PHX. They have a shuttle every 30 minutes that transports guests the 10-15 minutes to the airport. The service in all areas was friendly and professional. Brian with the valet service and Evayn at the front desk immediately made us feel welcome. The restaurant staff at breakfast were wonderful as well. The room was on the older side but clean and well maintained with a comfortable bed. We will be back next time we need a hotel near the airport.
