Great service department
I feel the Technician's are skilled, facilities are clean and for the most part the people are friendly. We bought the car here and have always had it serviced here, I would recommend, however it’s rarely a seamless experience.
Transmission was slipping, took it here for diagnostic. Said it just had a leak and the fluid looked fine. Fixed that for $500, tacked on a bunch of services they said the car needed, walked out $2000 later. Transmission still slipping the second I left. Low and behold the transmission completely dies two weeks later. Now I'm paying for an expensive tow and ANOTHER $150 diagnostic.
