My husband and I had a very good experience buying our new car. The salesman answered all our questions. Because we were very short of time we found our car had him email us the contract and allow us to go back-and-forth till we were satisfied with our deal and had everything ready for us when we went to pick up the car all we had to do was have a very short meeting with the finance lady and we were out the door. Ron the salesman was great . Very personal. I got an amazing deal on my 2022 honda civic sport. No stone walling on prices and was willingly to negotiate. He took the time to show me the car features. The finance rep jay z was awesome and it was a very easy process.
Absolutely one of the worst experiences from an auto mechanic dealership. first off, I was told that I needed to spend $160 diagnose my vehicle which remind you is under full warranty and also, I purchased an additional warranty…. second off I waited in the waiting room for five hours for my vehicle, and was never called to receive a ride from there shuttle. and I personally wrote down the time that I Got there and my address and name and I was the second name written down on this clipboardand was told my name was called whi... read more
