Received a text from Clairvo, a 3rd party service that Tempe Honda uses to bait people selling their vehicle on FaceBook/Craigslist, and got an offer for my vehicle at ~$31k. Upon arrival at the dealership, I showed them the offer and they inspected the vehicle. Shortly after, the gentleman who was helping me came back and said their new offer would be $25k. Spent my afternoon at Tempe Honda to receive an offer $6k below what I was initially told.
Update 07/09/26 The general manager reached out below on this comment. I gave him my contact info via email also reached out to him via telephone and left him a voicemail, never heard from him. I reached out to the salesman, Matthew. He asked if there was something he could help with. I told him the issues with the car and he stopped responding to me. Keith did a fantastic job and Todd made sure we got everything we needed. We love our new Pilot and would recommend friends and family to visit Tempe Honda and buy a car.
It's July 7th 2026 after almost 2 years, I still have not received payment for my judgment against Tempe honda. The manager Todd refuses to send this my way. Beware of this business. 4th 2026 still waiting on tempe honda to pay a court ordered judgement. As of October 2025 they still refuse to pay the judement. As of August 2025 they still refuse to pay the judement. walk out and go to another dealer! one of the worst dealers i have dealt with.
