From applying for a rebate, to scheduling and installation the process was great. I'm also really enjoying the heat pump.
We had Alex out to clean our mini split heat pump unit. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and did a great job, and cleaned everything up before he left. He answered our questions on general usage. I was equally impressed with the reminder call the day before, the call before he arrived and the follow up call the day after. I joked my only complaint was that my house was too cold, because the unit was working so efficiently now! :)

Had to relocate the heat pump. The job went very well no problems or delays. Andre' did an excellent job, thank you very much.
