I had both my heat pump and inline water heater serviced. Due to some emergencies that took priority, they rescheduled the time and date. I was grateful they called and did so, and they were very accommodating to my schedule. The work was done quickly and well. Dean, the technician who serviced my heat pump noticed I had an inline water heater and informed me that they also serviced those. I can’t say enough about the customer service Tempco provides. The office staff remind you that you are due for servicing, remind you the day before they are coming and follow up the day after service to make sure you were satisfied. The technicians call prior to let you know how far away they are from coming, present business cards at your door, wear shoe covers (much appreciated) and leave your place as clean or cleaner than when they came. My furnace gave out the beginning of December, we decided to go with a heat pump, applied and received our grants and had our heat pump installed within 3 1/2 weeks. Thank goodness as we had no heat for that time. I was worried about a mess, I didn’t need to, it was cleaner when they left than when they first came. A shout out to the worker that had to go underneath into the crawl space! The heat pump is quiet and gives constant heat, we love it!
After power failures heat pump quit. I called temp o and within 15 minutes technician arrived, very proffesional and knowledgeable,polite and explained what he did . Once again Tempco employees have showed their compassion for our community. Thanks again.
Some things never change and in the case of Tempco Heating & Cooling, that's a good thing. Our annual servicing was done recently and we are always amazed at how professional, courteous and knowledgeable the Tempco Technicians are. It all started 14 years ago when they installed our heat pump and electric furnace. We have never looked back and are very grateful to have them be our exclusive heating and cooling specialists.
