Our service technician was Scott. He was personable, competent, and helpful. With hot weather right around the corner on the calendar, he made sure we’d be comfortable no matter what the temperature was outside!
Jason has been out to service our HVAC a few times. He’s terrific. Always on time and looking out for our best interests. I would not want to work with anyone else.
Seriously! Made an appointment, apt was confirmed through email week prior. Date of service, NO ONE SHOWED, not a phone call, not a text, not an email, No outreach at all to me from the company. Very disappointing. Zero stars if I could.
