Called to get my ac fixed in the 90+ heat and was told they could get someone out right away. Waited the whole day in the heat and never received a call. When I did call them the next day they told me they got busy and couldn't be bothered to call and when I said I would take my service somewhere else they replied with "we don't care.". The fact they don't care you can be in 90+ degree weather and not even be bothered to call to tell you they can't show is telling. Great company I use them for everything. Jeff is a great manager and always takes care of every job promptly and professionally.
Air went out July 3rd and someone showed up and diagnosed the unit needed a part. With the part store closed for the 4th, our guy was on site by 10:00 am Friday the 5th morning installing part. Great service!
