I've been a Tempchek customer for 5+ years but unfortunately over the past two years I have seen a sharp change in customer care. There seems to be a greater focus on invoicing the customer rather than completing the necessary work to prevent call backs and further expense. The techs are competent and seem to care about the customer experience but that stops at the management level where the bottom line is more important than customer satisfaction. Very unfortunate.

A+ service. Tempchek installed my mini splits and helped me with a gas hookup issue. Tempchek has great staff and know how. I would highly recommend them!

I called Temp Check because our a/c unit was not working.Temp Check had installed our unit approximately 7 years ago. Derrick came out to service it & found the issue in a short amount of time. He also prepped the unit for summer. Cleaned the condenser and checked all the electrical connections. I can’t say enough about the service & efficiency of the call. Derrick deserves high praise for explaining everything and his professionalism. Temp Check should be proud to have him as an employee.

We've been customers of Tempchek for approximately 5 years. They recently did a planned - new install for us (gas furnace & AC). They were knowledgeable and provided us options to help fix what was happening in our upstairs bedrooms (too cold in the winter / too hot in the summer). We are extremely happy with the result and we felt so confident in the technicians that came and their abilities and professionalism. We would highly recommend Tempchek for all your HVAC needs!!!
