I cannot say enough about this company and the excellent customer service they provide. The team was polite, professional and went out of their way to expedite the work to ensure our home was up and running as fast as possible. Temp Rite is the on top HVAC and boilers expert in Central Oregon! Especially I highly recommend working directly with Jens - he is the King in HVAC industry for 35 years of experience!!! Temp Rite technicians has deep knowledge of HVAC residential and commercial equipment especially VRF Systems as LG, also ice machines and pool heating systems. All technicians completed all required trainings and have professional diagnostics tools! You definitely save money and time by working with them!
Temp-Rite is by far the best hvac company I've found in the Eugene-Springfield area. I've gone thru so many, two different big companies broke my electronic filter not knowing what they're doing and then overcharged me for their mistakes. I found Temp-Rite by accident and haven't looked back, the methodical service I get from them is impressive and I appreciate it. Matt is the HVAC expert. His knowledge, experience, and background clearly shows when evaluating any system out there. He is extremely professional, and will not sell you on something but inform you as to why you will need the heat/Ac system recommended. Strongly recommend him.
