Friendly, efficient and on time! We’ve enjoyed working with Temp Control for several years now. Great for routine maintenance and special jobs.
They are the best! Just had someone come out to diagnose a heat issue on Monday. He was very thorough and wanted to have someone else come double check. So another person came on Tuesday at no additional cost and thoroughly resolved the issue. Jacob is super knowledgeable! They are a top notch, quality, honest business! Thank you Temp Control team!!!
Time to rant! I just wanted to warn any HVAC company seekers to avoid the local TempControl business. We've been having an intermittent cooling issue (AGAIN). The thermal expansion valve has been replaced twice in the last five years on our five year old Trane system. The current system behavior is the same as in the past, so I told the technician it's probably another thermal expansion valve. Just had Jacob repair my dead AC. Highly recommend both he and Temp Control. Always get same day appointment unlike some others. Jacob is polite, knowledgeable and an amazing technician. He listened and seemed to know exactly what was going on with my unit. Highly recommend the company and the staff.
