Our air unit was out for 3 days it was the HOTTEST DAYS. I filled out on Costco app to have someone come out and give us a quote (It was on Sunday I was called same day) impressed me. We was scheduled for Monday 10 to 12, Chasen Waugh came out my husband said it was no rush very professional and explained EVERYTHING again no rush.
