Service Tech was rude , argumentative and would not listen to the issues, called the office to complain, awaiting call back from a supervisor
Mario came out to check out an ongoing issue we've been having with our mini split unit, and was great about not only figuring out the issue, but making sure I understood what exactly was going on and why.
