Very over priced. To change a capacitor which cost about $18 and one pound of freon which cost about $30, they charged me $303. When I researched in the inter net. It should only cost a little under $200 (maximum) for this job from other contractors. He ripped me off. I'll never use them again.
Make sure to get the accurate pricing before you start the job. Otherwise you'll have to deal with hidden charges and fees. I used them once and they marked up the final charges about 50% more than they agreed initially.
Prices are competitive, the work was done properly the first time. I have not had any issues when the company came to install my new carrier unit. They were courteous from the door. You can tell the technician knew what they were doing and that they were excellent at cleaning up after themselves. I would not recommend anyone else if you are looking for someone to do it right the first time, TempAir is surely it.
They showed up and did the job but they have not been responsive with service calls to fix their mistakes. I informed the owner I was going to perform an energy star test at the end of the project and that all the new ductwork had to be sealed at the joints but his installers did not do that.
