If it were possible, I would give a minus rating. We experienced extremely poor service and unprofessional behaviour from staff at Temora Hospital. We attended the emergency department today due to a genuine emergency. At reception, a rude receptionist charged us a considerable amount without first confirming whether a doctor was available or explaining the process. Every single time I go there. I get treated like I'm a junkie told the dr doesn't want to see me because he's weird with new patients or given a pamphlet for mental health when I am there for other issues with bones. There is plenty more. I now refuse to use temora hospital after the despicable disgusting way I have been treated. I have been a member of the community for a while now and not once have I ever experienced anything like what I did last night.
