I’m sure the dentist there is great, however the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I understand this job can be stressful dealing with people all day, but there was no need. I was calling to confirm whether or not they took my insurance and she just kept telling me to call my insurance and find out. Even after I continued to tell her that I had already called my insurance. Not great for customer service, I’ve already called plenty of places today and they just confirmed or denied my question.
