Had a not so pleasant surprise of my water heater starting to leak. It was the original one that we had for almost 18 years and it finally succumbed to old age. Jay of Temescal Valley Plumbing just did a masterful job of installing our new Toto toilet. He was careful, thorough and spent extra time making sure the new flange and seal were properly set. The toilet is solidly mounted and works perfectly. The installation price was beyond fair and it included removing and hauling away the old toilet. We are completely satisfied and will certainly use this plumber in the area.
