Didn’t reinstall my skid plate correctly. Didn’t honor the Groupon so I had to pay full price. Apparently the Groupon I used a year ago was the “same promotional period” and they wouldn’t take it. The staff are friendly though and worked fast.
Fermin was great Tech. First time there and it was fast and easy transition. Highly recommend
They were fast efficient and did not try to upsell for un necessary product very professional and helpful. Good oil change experience.
Terrible customer service when I first got there asking for pricing. Left and came to Valvoline where they knocked it out the park!
