Worst customer service yet. They claim on the report the brakes were inspected and were OK when I did my car service there. One week later, brake starts making clicking noise and now they want to charge me $107 for just inspecting what they inspected and claimed was ok.
I used to love coming here for service, but apparently, when it is a “complimentary “ service to rotate your tires, they could really care less. First, I made an appointment. I showed up on time, and was told that a 10 minute tire rotation would take 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs. I had driven 30 minutes to get there, so I was like okay. Well at the 2 hr mark I went to find out where my car was at. They sent the service manager to check, and she tells me that it was almost done. Really, they had just started the rotation.
